Returns and exchanges at MXR Mousepads

At MXR MousePads, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. Here is our return and exchange policy:

For any item purchased on our site, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us and request an exchange or a refund.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition , unused, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.

Return procedure:

  1. Contact our customer service at contact@mxrmousepads.com to inform us of your intention to return an item.
  2. Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  3. Return the package to the address that will be provided to you by our customer service department.

Refunds:

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.

Defective or damaged items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@mxrmousepads.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction.
