General terms and conditions of sale (GTC)

  1. Scope

These general terms and conditions of sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website https://mxrmousepads.com (hereinafter the "Site") and concern the products offered for sale by MXR Pads (hereinafter the "Seller").

  1. Order

To place an order on the Site, the Customer must complete an online order form and accept the Terms and Conditions by checking the box provided for this purpose. The Customer must complete all required fields on the order form for their order to be registered.

  1. Availability

Products offered for sale on the Site are available as long as they are visible on the Site and subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable, the Customer will be informed by email as soon as possible and may cancel their order or choose another product.

  1. Price

Product prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), and are those in effect at the time of the order. They are subject to change at any time without notice. Delivery charges are not included in the product price and are shown separately on the order form.

  1. Payment

Payment for products and delivery charges is due immediately upon ordering. Payment is made online by credit card or PayPal.

  1. Delivery

The ordered products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer on the order form. Delivery times are indicated on the Website and are provided for informational purposes only. The Seller cannot be held liable for delivery delays attributable to carriers or any other event beyond its control.

  1. Order receipt and verification

The Customer is advised to check the condition of their package and the contents of their order upon delivery. In the event of defective or non-conforming products, the Customer must inform the Seller within 14 days of receiving the order, providing their contact information, the order number, and the reason for the defect or non-conformity. The Seller undertakes to replace or refund defective or non-conforming products.

  1. Returns and refunds

The Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and request a refund for the purchased products. To exercise this right, the Customer must inform the Seller by email at contact@mxrmousepads.com, providing their contact information, order number, and the reason for the return. The Customer must return the products in their original packaging and in perfect condition to the address provided. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be issued within 14 days of the Seller's receipt of the returned products.

  1. Guarantee

The Seller guarantees that the products conform to the description on the Website and are free from hidden defects. In the event of a product's non-conformity, the Customer may request a replacement or a refund.

The Seller cannot be held liable for indirect damages such as loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of customers, or any other financial loss.
