Shipping and Delivery at MXR Mousepads

At MXR Mousepads, we do everything we can to ensure you receive your items quickly and in perfect condition. Here's how we do it:

Preparing your order:

• Orders without personalization: Your items are usually shipped within 48 hours after your order is validated.
• Custom orders: Creating your personalized products can take up to 14 days . Your order will therefore be shipped no later than 14 days after validation.

Delivery times:

Once your order has been shipped, you can expect the following delivery times:

• Standard delivery: Generally, allow 24 to 48 hours .
• Delivery in case of force majeure: Events beyond our control (strikes, severe weather, etc.) may sometimes cause delivery delays. We will do everything we can to keep you informed in the event of exceptional circumstances.

Track your package:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can then track your package directly on our website.

Delivery costs:
